Ours is a brand new apartment, decorated only a month back with new furniture and white goods. It is 900m from the Serangoon MRT and Nex mall. There's a shuttle to and from the mrt leaving the condo every 15 mins. Condo has several amenities including swimming pools, hot tubs, jacuzzis, gyms, game rooms, bbq pits, badminton court, tennis court, etc.
Guests will be allowed access to all the amenities of the condo, living room, kitchen (no heavy cooking please), washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, TV.
We would love nothing more than to get to know our guests, however, we will not be around. Our cousin (studying in SMU) will be staying in the second room. He will be interacting with the guests regarding the check in and check out.
Serangoon MRT and Nex mall are 900m away. Takes about 10 mins to walk and there's a shuttle to and from the mrt leaving the condo every 15 mins.
There's a mini mark inside the condo where you can more or less find everything!
